Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact us at martin@victoriasilver.eu with your order number, and we will provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refundable for the standard delivery method; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Items that are damaged, used, or returned without prior contact may not qualify for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may be non-returnable unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
